Payment
All major credit and debit cards accepted. This also includes FSA and HSA card. Payment is due at time of service. Once you are established with a link to my client portal you will provide your credit card information which will be securely stored and can be used for future payments for your convenience. This will ease the process of payments and allow me to focus on more important things, like you! If you are utilizing out of network benefits, I can provide an invoice at the end of each month which you can submit to your health insurance company for reimbursement.
Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, your credit card on file will be charged for the full rate of the session (excluding medical emergencies). Three no show appointments will result in services being terminated.
