Taking care of yourself as an individual is an essential part of being a parent or caregiver. YOU ARE NOT ALONE. We can collaborate on your individual plan to successfully integrate moments back into your day that nourish your soul. I know you may be thinking there is never anytime but the truth is we truly cannot afford to neglect the things that charge us up. Sometimes we lose ourselves in caring for our loved ones and our own inner light can become dim. Let’s work together to have that shine bright again.

Grief
As a grief counselor, I have had the honor of working with hundreds of grieving people and I have seen them walk towards hope and healing when they have been given a haven to share their loss and love story. I have completed 90 hours of training held by Dr. Alan Wolfelt, Director of the Center for Loss and Life Transition. I work to companion the bereaved by walking with them on their journey through grief. If you need my support it would be a privilege to work with you.
Maternal Mental Health & Wellness Services
I am a perinatal anxiety survivor that is honored to provide guidance, hope and a sanctuary for moms. A sanctuary where you begin to recognize that your thoughts and emotions are common and that you are not alone on this journey.
Tree of Tranquility offers therapy to women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, or unfamiliar and uncomfortable psychological changes associated with pregnancy, birth, loss, as well those who need support during a major life transition.
